Shinichi Osawa hails from Japan (you may have guessed it - again, great title, right!) and is a tremendously prolific musician and mixer. You may recognize him due to his awesomeness.
So this track is nothing new, but it seems like it is either unknown or already forgotten - neither of which are acceptable, so ta-da!
